Whether you are the Petitioner who is seeking a divorce and have children under 17 years old or are involved in seeking Custody for the first time, in Delaware Family Court, typically a Parenting Course is required. This does not mean you have to go every time there is a new delaware custody or visitation case. When you go to a course below, they provide a Certificate of Completion, which has to be filed in Delaware Family Court. Once it is there, typically you do not have to go again. Lastly these are good courses and I have found that they help clients.
