Delaware Divorce, Property Division And Child Custody YOUR Family LaWYER Serving Wilmington DELAWARE AREA

With more than 30 years of experience in family law, Gary R. Spritz, Esquire, Delaware Divorce and Family Law specializes in divorce, property division. child custody and visitation, alimony and spousal support and abuse serving Wilmington Newark and all areas in New Castle County. Gary  R. Spritz, Esquire is an experienced trial attorney with a record of success at both trial and in reaching settlement agreements  without the need to appear before a Judge. This is because he gives his client's enough information concerning possible trial results so that the client is back in the driver's seat as to their divorce, property division, child support, child custody or protection from abuse matter.  A client should not hear the "law" for the first time from the Judge or the other lawyer, they should hear it first from their lawyer and they do when that lawyer is Gary R. Spritz, Esquire. That way they have a decision to make, not one that is made for them.

Gary R. Spritz, Esquire graduated  in 1985 with a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University where he was an editor of a law review, an honor where he was selected for his grades and his peers. His undergraduate degree was from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated in 1982 with honors. However, the true advantage that  Gary R. Spritz, Esquire's client's have comes not from these honors, nor from an aggressive label ( one ascribed from various opposing counsel),  but from the combination of Gary R. Spritz's 30 years legal experience with his practical experience as a father of  now adult children and his dedication to giving clients quick, timely, thorough and candid advice. As Ben Franklin said, " A stitch in time saves nine", This is especially true with Family Law where high emotions  can make a bad situation worse and perhaps causing an increase in legal fees and loss of opportunity. Honest, fast answers to client's questions gives Gary R. Spritz Esquire's client's the best opportunity to take back control of their lives and save money.
